This session serves the purpose of providing general business guidance to a client. This session starts with the client giving an update on the standings of the business. After providing context, the client will then be able to pose as many questions as they may have to the consultant and discuss the responses to formulate an action plan to resolve the current concerns or maximize the current opportunities. The structure for this session can be very fluid based on the client's needs at the time.

This session serves the purpose of providing strategic business guidance to a client. This session starts with the client giving an update on the standings of the business. After providing context, our consultants will probe to highlight the business' current Resources, challenges, opportunities & Goals. On completion of this process, our consultants will discuss various ideas to maximize the use of resources and the opportunities available, find solutions to the challenges, and compile this information in an organized sequence of actions to achieve the goals highlighted in the inquiry.

Financial Planning Session

This session serves the purpose of providing financial business guidance to a client. This session starts with the client giving an update on the standings of the business. After providing context, our consultants will review the financials of the business through a basic analysis of the balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents then provide insight into where the client’s business is currently and what the outlook is based on the analysis. This can also be used to guide various financial and operational decisions.

Proposal Conceptualization Session

This session serves the purpose of providing business guidance to clients interested in starting a business but who are not sure of what business they should start. This session starts with a client providing a personal background on themselves, all resources available to the client, and any business ideas the client may have. After this, all information is then documented in a thorough profile. After collecting this information the client and consultant will work together to organize all of the information into a clear business model with a step-by-step plan of action to initiate and operate the model.
